Each villa is having three bedrooms, two on the ground floor and one on the first floor. All the bedrooms are bathroom attached. Ground floor also contains sit-out, a hall, drawing and dining room, kitchen with kitchen cup-boards, work area, common bathroom and ofcourse a car porch. All bedrooms are having bedroom cup-boards. Besides the bathroom attached bedroom, the first floor contains a hall and a balcony opening to the front.
